Nice Pour

So we hired a new concrete crew. They poured the rest of the floor immediately and they will tear out the last pour and get that all fixed up. We just need to go out and buy new pex and get it installed.

Bad Pour

Well, the crew poured 1/3 of the main floor and it did NOT turn out well. We must now tear out the floor along with all the pex.  We will have to buy new pex and rebar and relay all.

Alley is cleaned out

So, the concrete never showed up today. No worries, Larry and I cleaned out the alley between the house and barn. Larry then scooped out all the gravel and spread it around the driveway. He also knocked down one of the dead trees. We have a few more dead trees to knock down so more work ahead.( I can't wait to dispose of the trees )  Oh boy.

Main floor coming along

Main floor is now ready for insulation and pex ( looking at Monday for that ).  All new footings are in and have past inspection. Plumbing rough-in is done as well as the electrical and cable conduit. So bring on the concrete..
